Programul de burse de excelenta IN-Wallonie – Bruxelles

Valonia-Bruxelles International a lansat un program de burse de excelenta care permite efectuarea de programe de cercetare, doctorat sau
post-doctorat, in universitati din Comunitatea franceza din Belgia.

Bursele de excelenta IN-Wallonie – Bruxelles International se adreseaza celor care au obtinut o diploma de master sau cercetorilor care doresc sa efectueze un program de cercetare, doctorat sau post-doctorat, in domeniile prioritare pentru Comunitatea franceza din Belgia.

Tipurile de burse de excelenta:
- burse la nivel de doctorat sau de post-doctorat, cu durata de minim 1 an, cu posibilitatea de prelungire de maxim 2 ori
- burse de cercetare de scurta durata cu durata de la 1 la 3 luni

Burse pentru doctoranzi

New Europe College (NEC) anunta concursul anual pentru bursele de cercetare NEC 2009-2010 pentru universitari/ cercetatori romani din domeniile stiintelor umaniste, sociale si economice.

Conditii de participare:
1. candidatul trebuie sa fie inscris la doctorat sau sa aiba titlul de doctor;
2. se va acorda prioritate candidatilor sub 40 ani si celor care nu au beneficiat inca de burse acordate de NEC;
3. o foarte buna cunoastere a cel putin doua din limbile straine de circulatie internationala.

Bursa se acorda pentru un an academic (10 luni). Programul bursierilor presupune prezenta obligatorie in Bucuresti cel putin o data pe saptamana timp de 9 luni. In intervalul de 10 luni, bursierii vor beneficia de un
stagiu de cercetare intr-unul din marile centre universitare/ de cercetare din strainatate. Valoarea bursei lunare (acordata pe durata a 9 luni) este echivalentul in RON a 600 EURO (neimpozabili) , la care se adauga 2.600 EURO pentru stagiul de cercetare.

Data limita de depunere a dosarului completat este: 15 ianuarie 2009 (inclusiv)

Max Weber Fellowships
The Max Weber Programme is the largest postdoctoral programme for young researchers in the social sciences, funded by the European Commission (DG Education). Max Weber Fellowships are for 1 or 2 years and are open to candidates who have received a doctorate in the social sciences (economics, law, political science, sociology, history and related fields) within the last five years.
The Max Weber fellowships are designed for junior post-docs who would like to pursue an academic career, concentrate on their own research and enhance their academic practice in a multidisciplinary environment. Fellows are selected on the basis of their research accomplishments and potential, their academic career interests, and the availability of the EUI faculty to provide mentorship. Each year 40 – 45 postdoctoral fellows are part of the programme.

Jean Monnet Fellowships
Through its Jean Monnet Fellowship Programme the Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies offers yearly approximately 20 fellowships to post-docs in an early stage of their academic career. During their
stay at the RSCAS, fellows work on a research topic that fits well in the overall research profile of the RSCAS (http://www.eui.eu/RSCAS/Research/) and participate in the academic life of the Centre and of the EUI. Each fellow is assigned a professorial mentor.
Jean Monnet Fellowships are for 1 year and are open to candidates who have received a doctorate within the last 7 years. The main criteria during the selection procedure are the CV, the overall scientific quality of the proposal, and the fit of the proposal with the research programme of the Centre.

The Austrian Science and Research Liaison Office Sofia would like to inform you kindly about the deadline for applications for three grant schemes open for PhD’s and PhD students up to 35 years. Closing date for the application (online-application procedure) is March 1st 2008.

The grants provide substantial funds for research stays in Austria, while the candidates have to return after their stay abroad. It is up to the institutions to intensify the established contacts for further research cooperation.
